We have clarified our cancellation and return policy and provided a clear statement before the purchase process for the customer to agree to. The return process for products such as fish is very difficult because they have a special storage method and come from distant places. Therefore, we apologize for returns or cancellations except in the following cases:
- The customer has the right to return the product if he receives an incorrect order. The product must be kept in a cool place and the customer will be compensated for it.
- The customer has the right to cancel the order one hour after the payment deadline, after which he has no right to cancel the order.
- The value of the order executed by credit cards or bank checks will be refunded through the customer’s bank account within (21) working days.
- In case the return process is accepted, a value will be deducted from the return process, which is the value of the bank transaction of 2.2 riyals for each transaction + the delivery cost. (Meaning that the delivery cost is not refundable)
A return must be requested via WhatsApp 00966566661340 within one hour of the order’s arrival (if there are any notes on the order)

The customer must be aware that the order cannot be cancelled after the amount has been paid under any circumstances. If the goods are not received by the time the representative arrives, the order will be cancelled and the amount will not be refunded.
Delivery and shipping:
- Sometimes we are affected by weather conditions, so customer orders may be delayed.
- Minimum order amount is 300 riyals.
- The weight of fish and shrimp is calculated before cleaning and peeling. If you would like to receive the product without cleaning, please inform us.
- A kilo of fish and shrimp, after removing the skin and bones and peeling the shrimp, the net weight will be approximately half a kilo of meat.
- Some cities have a shipping company pickup process where the customer picks up the fish from the shipping company's location.
